If you run a small business in Western Australia or Queensland and need practical digital advice tailored to your business, you may be eligible for up to five hours of one-to-one support with me through the BUSY Business Digital Solutions program.
Eligible small businesses can access up to 5 hours of one-to-one advisory support for a one-off upfront cost of $110 (including GST). Your time can be split across multiple online sessions based on your schedule, goals and preferred way of working.
Businesses experiencing demonstrated financial hardship may access this support at no cost.
For eligible, for-profit small businesses with 19 or fewer full-time equivalent employees.
The Digital Solutions program, funded by the Australian Government, is delivered by BUSY Business across Queensland, the Northern Territory and Western Australia. McNaught Media supports program delivery through one-to-one digital advisory sessions.

The Digital Solutions program helps small businesses to make the most of digital opportunities and grow their business. Through the program, small businesses can access free workshops, webinars and self-directed tutorials. Services cover a range of topics including:
- introduction to digitalising your small business
- social media, digital marketing and selling online
- using business software
- AI and emerging technologies
- cybersecurity and data privacy.
Small businesses can also access 5 hours of one-on-one digital advice from a qualified and experienced business advisor for a small fee.

You don’t have to cover everything in one appointment. We can divide your support into several online sessions, giving you time to implement recommendations, test new approaches and return with questions.

I’m Kasia Jones, founder and Creative Director of McNaught Media, a Perth-based boutique marketing agency and official Meta Business Partner.
I have more than 18 years’ experience across marketing, advertising, communications and digital channels and have supported over 1,500 business owners across Australia through advisory sessions, coaching, workshops and webinars.
From 2019 to 2023, I delivered the Australian Government’s Digital Solutions program across Western Australia, Queensland and the Northern Territory. I have now returned to the program as a Digital Advisor with BUSY Business.
My approach is practical, personal and commercially focused. I’ll help you cut through the noise, understand your options and focus on actions that are realistic for your business.
Is your business eligible?
You may be eligible if your business:
- Is a for-profit small business
- Has a registered ABN
- Is currently trading
- Has 19 or fewer full-time equivalent employees
- Is located in Western Australia, Queensland or the Northern Territory
Sole traders can participate if they meet the criteria. Metropolitan, regional and remote businesses are supported. If you participated in a previous round, you can apply again under the current round.
How to apply and request Kasia Jones
- Open the BUSY Business Digital Solutions application form.
- Complete your business and eligibility details.
- Under “How did you hear about us?”, select “Digital Advisor”.
- Under “Advisor name”, select “Kasia Jones”. This is how you nominate me as your adviser.
- Complete your registration and $110 payment.
Once your registration has been processed and you have been allocated to me, you’ll receive details to book your first session.

Is the $110 charged per hour?
No. It is a one-off upfront fee, including GST, that gives each eligible business access to up to five hours of one-to-one digital advisory support.
Do I need to use all five hours at once?
No. Your hours can be split across multiple sessions around your priorities, availability and progress.
Are the sessions available online?
Yes. I provide online sessions for eligible business owners across WA, QLD and the NT.
Can I participate if I previously used Digital Solutions?
Yes. Businesses that participated in an earlier round can apply again under the current round.
What if I cannot afford the $110 fee?
Businesses experiencing demonstrated financial hardship may be able to access one-to-one support at no cost. Contact BUSY Business to discuss your circumstances.
What if I need more than five hours?
If you need ongoing support after the program, we can discuss options through my digital marketing coaching and training services.
